For what we can see, girls obvioulsy play video games, not all, but some, just like guys, it natural. RTS games, yes they do, we just don't know that. In my school almost all the guys except me play Warcaft 3, modded called Dota, defense of the acients, and a girl plays that, and she owns kicks more than half the guys. Good thinking i dont play that game.
I have come accross a lot of girls in FPS. But not so much the other games. Its not reflexs but the fine hand control that gives them the edge. To give a real world example go to any place that builds circuit boards. More often then not you will find women are better at soldering then men. Not only do they tend to be better but there is much more of them that are good at it.
At the same time when it comes to jobs say such as being an engineer you find the numbers have almost reversed.
When I used to play chromehounds of the xbox the the sqaud leader was a girl. And she was a very skilled sniper.
I used to do that halo 3 thing for a while. And one of the groups I rolled with had 3 girls on it. Lets see another game (fps again) was GRAW 2. We had one girl on our team. She was pretty good. Since it was the same games all the time with the same people you never really thought about it. They were just another member of the team.
Now the one game I know of that seemed almost impossible to not find mainly girls on was burnout (4 maybe?).
